Company`s commercial director Ilya Banayan claims that they are able to produce an equipment allowing completely change an image of any car regardless of whether it is an imported or Russian. AvtoKompozit`s focus of attention is not only car`s exterior, but if we may say so, internal content as well.
Torpedo of the UAZ-3160 does not correspond with the improved appearance, so for tuning makers there is a wide field of action here.
Where do such cars come from? Everything starts from the painter's drafts, from which only one is chosen, the working one. Afterwards all the outlined parts are reproduced on the plasticine car matrix. Of course the plasticene used is not the one with the Cheburashkas and Crocodile Genas on the boxes` covers but the professional, architectural one. By the way this Desyatka is an experienced model, it has changed more than one clothing already. Next, from the plasticine details are made the casts, according to which intermediate forms are made. They are used as glass-fibre-reinforced plastic parts of restyling, also intermediate so far, which are further subject to the final, delicate backfit.
And only after that are produced the forms for the industrial production. All the parts are made from the glass-fibre-reinforced plastic, not from the ACB-plastic, which is less durable and temperature differences resistant. Besides applying a colored glass-fibre-reinforced plastic saves from expensive car parts` painting. For the parts assembling are used either authorized body mountings or polyurethane body sealer. Proprietary assembling method excludes possibility of a corrosion-favorable environment creation under the linings. It serves one purpose - the beauty should be reached without sacrificing.So in agenda two issues are left - customer`s personal taste and his financial resources. Referring back to Desyatka, we should mention that its restyling consists of more than 30 parts. Almost all of them are in production, with the exception of a projection front bumper spoiler. It needs some updating by reason of its provoking unpracticality. All the process - from the first draft till the batch production - takes about three months. To the set that is installed on Desyatka AvtoKompozit gave a special name - Zommer. Remarkable as the car itself. From German it means Summer and summer is the very time to attract attention, isn`t it?
